I noticed that some medical schools not only have a minimum but also a maximum number of LORs. I currently have 6 and my university usually sends them in a letter packet. However, I dont want to get rejected by a school or have them randomly select which ones they want to look at because I sent too much. How do you all suggest I handle this situation? do i need multiple packets for different schools?

Your prob. ok. The committee packet usually has a letterhead that contains the best parts of ure lor's. I dont think you'll go over, but check with amcas and the schools to which ure applying.

When I applied, the maximum for my schools was generally 6, so you should be fine. As above mentioned, you can check with the individual schools to be sure, but you should be golden.
