They heavily screen (lots of people are rejected before getting the phone interview). I'm not sure what the cutoff is.

According to their website, Mayo only offers 15% of all applicants a telephone interview. Good Luck!

Yes... they screen. They never really tell anyone what the factors are that go into their screening. But if you DO get the phone interview you have a pretty good chance of getting a subsequent onsite intervies.

that was the case for me. i got my interview invite few days ago, after doing phone interview about 2 weeks ago. 👍
