Do the different mayo campuses, eg FL or AZ, have different prestige or impact the ability to match compared to MN?

If you’re aiming for super competitive specialties, MN might give you a slight edge. But if you’re more interested in a specific region, like the Southeast or Southwest, Florida or Arizona could help with networking there.

There was a match list from Mayo floating around from previous years. I don’t people like to admit it but MN matches better. Match lists are also biased of course by the candidate preference of where they want to match. All else equal MN students candidates will have an easier time at top tier residencies than AZ.

Mayo's public article about matches doesn't include all of their students so the other campuses look better. I got the full list after being admitted and AZ's results were significantly worse than MN. It still had a lot of great matches so you can definitely do well coming from it. Bear in mind that because the MN campus is more desirable, admission is more competitive and it has a stronger class on average.
