Hey I actually go there right now. Your stats don't seem all that bad as long as you have an upward trend. Two things I would recommend:
1. Get pharm tech certified and start getting experience in pharmacy ASAP if you don't already have it. Shadowing doesn't count.
2. Go and schedule a meeting with an admissions counselor at the school also. It helps to get some face time and get to know what they recommend you do also.
