In response to the OP's question, the degrees are simply variations on the same theme - I can't remember the Latin for ChB but its something like Bachelor of Obstetrics; practically speaking however, those who are awarded the MBBS vs MBChB vs MBBCh vs MD are all trained in similar fashion (ie, the ChB doesn't have any additional qualifications over and above the basic undergrad training in Ob-Gyn). Most non US countries award variations on these degrees and it is common to see those possessing these degrees to use the US "MD" as their title (which is considered legal to do as long as its not on a legal document specifically asking for degree title).
