Hi everyone,

For those who don't know me, I am a dental school applicant who is waitlisted for one school and probably gonna be rejected from another one. I am going to apply to some MBS programs. I heard Midwestern IL allow some kind of "transfer of application" for those who are rejected to their MBS program in which they only require you to write a small paragraph of why you want to get in the program. However, most of the other places require you to write up a personal statement, which I don't know what to write about. I mean technically, the biggest reason I want to do MBS is to help me prepare/get in dental school if I don't get in this cycle, I just don't know how to elaborate on that. Help would be appreciated.

Did you apply to midwestern IL dental school? If so, you should have received an email to transfer your application to MBS program. You can transfer it to their one year program or two year program. They don't even ask for an interview...at least that was the case with me.

I am still waitlisted, so yea if I get in that would be great but if not... hopefully I receive that email. Did you transfer your application though??
