First off I'd like to apologize if this has already been asked I probably missed it since there are so many threads and it's currently 155 in the morning. Anyway my question is does anyone have any advice on how to study for the MCAT 4 months out? My initial plan was to start studying in January( the 8th to be exact) and finish studying right before finals week (April 25th) so I could focus on those and then afterwards come back after the week and start taking practice tests. However I've ran into a few problems one primarily being the fear that if I start studying too early i'll wont remember anything come may 19th/ when i start those FL practice tests as well as trying to find a way to provide myself with ample study time while juggling classes and being a RA. I'm honestly just feeling lost trying to plan this all out so any advice is much appreciated.

I don't think 4 months is so long that you'll forget EVERYTHING you studied. Will some stuff you reviewed at the beginning be a little fuzzy when it comes crunch time? Sure. But it will be much easier to look over it real quick and remind yourself. If I were you I would start doing light content review, taking notes on the material that is memorization heavy or you don't remember at all. When the test gets a bit closer and you start ramping up your study hours, it will be easy to look over your notes and more quickly review what you studied previously.

This also depends on what courses you're taking this semester. For example, I took biochem this past semester and did not feel it was necessary to touch any biochem MCAT materials. Even doing content review now, I just learned the pathways that we didn't cover in class and everything has been good.
