Recently noticed my middle name was not included on my MCAT registration profile. My profile has my first and last name only. I forgot that my passport has my middle name in the "given name" section as well. Will this be a huge issue come test day. I dont think i can change it on my profile now/

You never know. You may get a test Nazi at prometric. I would get it changed if you can.

You should check with the company and/or AAMC, but if omitting middle name is good enough for TSA, I don't think the AAMC has a better argument than them.

No. AAMC specifically says that it does not care if the middle name is missing on your registration. 🙂
