What is the MCAT conversion based on raw scores for the different sections?

I just did my first test, which was in Physical Science and I did terrible (19/52). What would my score be for this section? I am a slow test taker so I was more worried about time than really answering the question. I am also using TPR (only done the first 4 chapters in the physics section) to study but the test was from MCAT CBT so I don't know if that is a good idea or I should just stick to one book. Any advice would be really appreciate. Physical sciences is the area I am most scared for and I would take any advice on how to study for that section. TIA

There should be a conversion scale in whichever testing resource you are using. The real test is curved based on the performance of everyone that sat for that particular administration, so even the official conversion for your testing resource is only an estimation of what you'd likely score on the actual MCAT. Many of us use a number of different resources to prepare, so that shouldn't be a problem. If you have particular questions about specific MCAT content, check out the MCAT Discussion Forum or MCAT Study Question Q&A.

The bolded part is false. The curve for a given exam is set before anyone takes that exam. The actual performance of the students who take a given administration does not affect the curve for that administration.

Thanks. I am just scared and I am trying to get a 30 and above. I forgot there is an MCAT discussion section so hopefully this isn't a problem with the admins.
