I'm very interested in the GS exams...I understand the Crash Course has 3 exams -- is it possible to get the other 7 that GS has made?

It's called Crash course, how much time do you recommend a student spend on the site? Is it something for the last month or last two weeks before the exam?

Does this program offer tips/samples/grading for the writing sample?

Are these the same videos that are available on DVD or different? I'm also looking for feedback on writing samples so would be interested in the answer to that one!

Can you print some contents from the CBTs or they are videos (movies)?

What are the main differences between the Crash course and MCAT University?

Is the crash course meant to only last one month, the duration of this subscription?

Some students may begin our courses weeks, months or even years prior to the anticipated time to write the actual MCAT depending on their knowledge or experience. Keep in mind, our program does not just review the information, MCAT-prep.com teaches the information you need to know to excel at the MCAT. In other words, we teach the 4 basic sciences, essay writing, speed reading, etc. The average student studies 3-6 hours for 3-6 months to prepare for the MCAT but we cannot tell you exactly because we do not know your academic background (courses done, grades, etc). However keep in mind that there are 16 hours of lecture available in this package, you can prep with 3 full cbt exams of 70 min each at different difficulty levels and you can also spent time reading faq about the forum on our mcat-prep.com website to help you study. The following is the package content for the crash course:

Good luck with your studies!

Does this program offer tips/samples/grading for the writing sample?

No, it has been over a year that the MCAT Crash Course and MCAT University programs no longer includes hand correction of the Writing Sample. It only includes explanations and instant scores for all multiple choice sections.
We do offer a specific program to have WS's corrected:
www.mcat-prep.com/writing-sample and, of course, the Platinum Package.

Good luck with your studies!

Yes these are the same videos as the Gold Standard MCAT DVDs.
Concerning the feedback on the writing samples, as I mentioned in the previous answer; it has been over a year that the MCAT Crash Course and MCAT University programs no longer includes hand correction of the Writing Sample. It only includes explanations and instant scores for all multiple choice sections, however you can find information at the following link for a specific program to have WS's corrected and, of course, the Platinum Package.

The exams were not created to be printed. Instead, each attempt is saved in your own personal History section so you can review any test that you have taken from the past including your scores, answers and explanations.

Are these past mcat exams?

Is the crash course meant to only last one month, the duration of this subscription?

The crash course is meant to last as long as you need it. Some students may find one month enough but, on average, students require 3-6 hours per day over 3-6 months to prepare for the MCAT (depending on past experience and access to effective prep materials). If you need personal attention or more practice exams, you can upgrade at anytime to MCAT University or the Platinum Package. If you click the following link below you will find further details on the MCAT Crash course, MCAT University or the Platinum Package:

Good luck with your studies!

Are these past mcat exams?

They are not past AAMC exams, Dr. Ferdinand created them and they are 5% harder compared to the AAMC exams. It’s a good source of practice if you want to really challenge your knowledge for MCAT.
