Hello,

I know there are a few threads on this; however they are dated from 2000.

I was wondering what are the best type of MCAT prep flashcards to get?

I know it is best to make your own, however I am already enrolled in a Princeton Review class, and although I do make my own, I want more!

Thank you in advance! I truly appreciate it. 🙂

The Kaplan flashcards that come with the class are excellent (you can also buy them online). They seemed to cover everything and there were a lot of them. Kaplan has a few different kinds of flashcards. The ones I recommend are the 3rd picture down here: http://forums.studentdoctor.net/showthread.php?t=934394. These are the ones: that come in sheets that you tear apart, that comes with the class, and that cover all topics.

Gold Standard cards are okay, I guess. They have something like 52 cards in a pack and there are something like 5 questions on each card.

I didn't like Barrons. Barrons seemed simplistic, and if I remember correctly, had errors like confusing longitudinal and transverse waves.

I've purchased ExamBuster cards, but have not used them yet.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!😍🙂

If you have the time and inclination, I'd suggest making your own. Reading the material and transposing to a flashcard is a good way to prolong the first exposure.

There are some good digital flashcard options as well.

Do you recommend any of the digital flashcard options? 🙂
