MCAT for case western reserve's MD/DDS program?

i was looking into the case western 5-year MD/DDS program, and it looks really cool. right now, i'm leaning mostly towards applying to just dental schools, but i think that the MCAT is required for this one because of the MD part. do you think it's worth taking another test? if i were to magically get in to this, i would definitely go. thoughts?
