Hey guys.
So I am currently a junior in college and would like to take my MCAT January 2018. I haven't started yet and have finished most of my pre-reqs except Biochem and Psychology. I plan on using the Kaplan self-paced class as well Khan Academy for Psych/Soc with TPR and Examkrackers for additional resources. MY schedule is as follows. It isn't detailed but it's the general idea of what I plan to do.
July - Mid-August - 8 hours/day-5 days/week
MCAT Diagnostic Exam- to see where I am at- weakness, etc
Content Review through Khan Academy and Kaplan
TPR Gen Chem and Ochem Book
Finish Units 1-3 of Kaplan course
Khan Academy Psych and Soc Videos
Practice questions and Section Tests
3 CARS passages/ day- timed
Should be finished with all content by this point
2 full lengths divided into sections (FL) - July
3 FL-August
Beg of September - November—Taking Molecular Biology( really hard class at my school) and Biochemistry
10 hours per week dedicated to MCAT studying
Tons of practice problems and section tests
Daily CARS Passages
Reviewing what questions I get wrong and going over its related content and why my answer was wrong
Try to do a Full Length Biweekly
3 FL- September
2 FL-October
1 FL-November
December- Test Date- Winter Break
Daily CARS Passages
10 hours/ day- studying
1-2 Full Lengths/week
5 FL- December
6 FL-January
Do you guys think that I will be able to achieve a 510+ with the above schedule. A lot of people have said you're supposed to study 3 months straight right before your test date... I'm really worried and would appreciate any advice!!!
