MCAT Prerequisites

I am a sophomore now, by end of this school year I will have finished all my premed prereqs so I was planning on taking the MCAT this fall. However, should I take molecular genetics, biochem and micro before I take the MCAT? I hear those help, if thats the case I would take it in Jan next year. Any advice would be appreciated!

go for it but give you self like three months for review I took it cold and got a 29p so I am studying for the next three months and taking it then hopefully I get a 32+ this time around but study hard and play harder so you can also enjoy life.

Kidding aside....

I took it after my sophmore year in the following august and did pretty well. I don't think anything I have had in subsequent classes would have helped me any great deal on the test. Just use the summer wisely and study and you will do awesome I am sure.
