I am retaking the MCAT and was wondering if there is anything else just as good as UWorld. I need to do as much practice problems as possible and wanted to know if anyone knew of anything.

Nothing is good as UW question-wise. Do that leading up to your exam.
Do as many practice exams as possible (exam krackers, etc.) before doing the official AAMC material.

Anki is a super powerful resource that is as useful as UW in my opinion.
I use both for step 1/level 1 studying right now.

For C/P and B/B, I found Altius practice exams to be very similar to the real test. They're doing a $99 sales recently, so you might look into those if finance is not the issue. For CARS, you probably realized that AAMC materials are the best and the closest thing to the real deal. Besides UWorld, maybe look into KA passages, but you have to pick your poison for third party resources. For P/S, I found doing KA problems pretty useful, in terms of discrete problems. In terms of passage based problems, I found Altius to be pretty good practice, although they throw in some abstract concepts that you won't likely see on the real test.
