I was just wondering if there is anyone else out there who's practice test score keep going down? I have been studying now for 2 months and just took a practice test, and my scores dropped by 2 points in each section from my original exam that i took with no studying. Anyone else have this prob? it seems like the more i study the worse i get 🙁

Well I doubt you're doing worse because you know more. What's important is that you go over your mistakes. If you're getting problems wrong because of content then you have more studying to do, and if you're getting questions wrong because of the question itself (the way it's asked, whatever) then it's a practice issue. Just make sure that you don't confuse the reason you get a question wrong. Don't just say "well I know this, it was just phrased weirdly." Make sure you the subject as well as you think you do. Just because you've studied something doesn't mean you know it. What scores did you get and what tests?

It definitely matters which exams you are taking. The Kaplan FLs tend to get harder as the numbers go up...Also, how are you studying?

(Moving thread to main MCAT forum so more people will see it and respond to your query. The Q&A forum is for questions about concepts, material or specific problems. Thanks!)
