Ok so i was wondering...for some schools they look at the most recent set of scores..what should i do if my last mcat was lower than my first..I am so regretting taking it the 3rd time. My mcat is low as it is ~26 and i was hoping they look at all my scores and determine it from there...is it absolutely mandatory to send in the amcas report..my case is different because i already sent the report in july with the other scores

I believe it is mandatory as the AMCAS service sends the scores automatically for you, even if you have previous scores.

it varies by school, but amcas gets all your mcat scores. luckily many schools look at your better test. Note, "the better set of scores" refers to your highest score on one administration, not the highest sections over multiple takes.
