For those of you who have taken the mcat, is it possible to enlarge the text on your screen, particularly with ctrl and + or ctrl and the wheel of your mouse. I am not sure I will see text that small.....

I am also guessing that accommodations are NOT provided for this...

No, you cannot use Ctrl.

You can apply for accomodations to the AAMC if you really need a larger font size.

the control is disabled on the mcat. thats why u have to highlight and hit the copy button if you want to copy something in the WS section, instead of ctrl + A

I guess it's a 12 Roman

no, you cannot estimate it like that. the screen's resolution is much smaller than your own computer, which is why the text looks so much bigger. just because it may be like 12 Times new roman on your computer, it may actually look like size 30 depending on your screen resolution

Yeah I WISH the MCAT mouse had a wheel!

I wound up taking the last few AAMC practice tests with a wheel-less mouse just to get used to the latest and greatest 1900's technology we get to use on the real thing. It's pretty annoying.

Well..thanks for the info. I will get one....
