Hi everyone, :)

i have heard about this particular book, "MCAT Secrets Study Guide"
by Morrison Media LLC.

Is that study guide useful to facilitate our MCAT preparations??

Though I've never seen it I would have to agree. Usually a product claiming to reveal "secrets" on how to perform well on anything is full of crap.
 
Yeah, I bet it has "secrets" in there like 'answer every question' or 'there are 77 questions in the physical sciences section'. Ah the irony, seems like most secrets books just has a bunch of obvious garbage.

I second the fact that it is crap. You might also want to check out:

The "company" pretty much publishes the same guide for every standardized test out there, even the descriptions are exactly the same:

" Even the better guides completely miss the boat- they try to TEACH the material, instead of TEACHING THE TEST. Knowing biology or physics isn't good enough for the LSAT- you have to know how to apply the knowledge to LSAT questions- most students have already learned everything taught in these guides in college anyway. "

I wasn't aware that biology and physics were on the LSAT, but hey, what do I know? Maybe that's one of the "secrets". :laugh:

WOW i cant believe they said that..lol..theres no physics and bio on the LSAT. :laugh: :laugh:
