So my problem is that I often get frustrated while studying for the MCAT. I will read over a section for about an hour and then I will do practice problems. I feel confident when doing them, but then when I correct them, I am getting most of them wrong and then I get angry which makes me concentrate less and study worse. I then get pissed off and then just end up closing the book. I just started studying not too long ago, any suggestions on how to not get frustrated?
