I hear people can use noise cancelling headphones during the exam. Is it offered at the prometric center or do you have to get it somewhere else? What is the price of it?

The headphones are usually at the prometric center. They are free of charge

As the previous commenter stated the testing center will provide headphones for you to wear at your will. In addition, you can bring your own, cable free, ear plugs in the manufacturers sealed plastic bag which you can then use at the testing center once approved by the staff there.

They are offered at the prometric center for everyone, free of charge. Keep in mind they are uncomfortable and they suck. Go buy some good ear plugs are you will be set.
