MCCEE after Step 2 (advice needed)

Hey all so I have MCCEE coming up in about a week and I wrote CK about 2 weeks ago. So far I've been doing a bit of Canada Q bank and also re-reading my Uworld notes + Step up to step 2. Now I don't think I have time to finish Canada Qbank and do my reading.

Can anyone give any info on quickly covering the material thats not on USMLE and thus I probably wouldn't know. Some recommend ethics public health section of Toronto notes but besides that anything else?
