MCG secondary comes with specific questions you are supposed to give to your recommenders, one of them being:
"what is the thing that LEAST impresses you about the candidate?" (or something like that.)

now, what could you possibly have in there that won't count too much against you?? when your recommender is forced to write something negative about you.
 
Depends on the rest of your application, I suppose. Also depends on the applicant - what may be a weakness in one person may be a strength in another. Depends on how they spin in it.
 
like what negative trait could be a weakness in one person and a strength in another? i can't think of any. also, this is not something you are writing about yourself, this is your evaluator's observation of you. so i would imagine they would just write something straightforward and not try to "spin" anything to make it coming out smelling like roses.
