McGill Advance standing program

Hello everyone,

Has anyone applied to McGill Advance standing program? I know it's not popular among foreign-trained dentists to apply to McGill for IDP, but I thought there might be some people out there who have tried it.

What I'm looking for is financial info, and whether being a Quebec resident will help getting a reduction in tuition fee and other expenses.

The advice I received from a professor in McGill when asking him information about the application was : " it is easier to change the profession than to be accepted in McGill advanced standing, so forget it"
I didn't but anyway have two rejections already.....
