it certainly can be considered one of the premiere ones. but you aren't going to get a straight "ranking" type of answer from anyone reasonable. rest assured however, that some tremendously well-trained and skilled psychiatrists work here. shephard pratt is another well respected free standing psych facility as well (in maryland). don't know much about any others though.
