I'm starting to fulfill the pre- reqs next year at Rivier College. I want to eventually go to MCPHS at the Manchester campus. When I talked to admissions, they told me most students finish the pre- reqs in 2 years. This seems almost impossible to me... Does anyone know from experience?

If anyone else wants to give me some input, I can post the pre-reqs too.

Thanks!

It took me three years, but that is partially because I am at a small college and classes are only offered in a certain sequence. You could do it if you took four full semesters, but if you have any other requirements for graduation or whatever you will need to take summer classes or something. Hope this helps-

I was taking prereq classes after getting my BS.

How do you get into the Manchester campus? I don't know anything about it. I marked manchester and worcester on my app but only got info about worcester.

Manchester is sort of like a satellite to Worcester. The lectures are given via telecommunication- huge interactive tv screens in the lecture hall. Pretty cool. You can only apply to one per academic year though, not both.

Hmm. They didn't "advertise" it that much while I was applying for pharmacy school. I don't know much about the facilities.

When I applied to worcester, they never asked if I wanted to attend that campus. Maybe it's a solution for people who live nearby?

It's a commuter only school so most students were already local or end up relocating to the Manchester area.

To whoever asked about needing a BS- you don't. You just need to fulfill the (lengthy) pre-reqs. Do you want the link with the list?
