hey everyone,

i am looking into applying to mcphs worcester. i know they do not look at the pcat, so what kind of GPAs do you accepted/current students have? does a BA/BS degree help at all? i've searched for this all over SDN and even tho this is my first post i've been reading around for quite awhile and haven't seen this topic for this particular school. i have also checked the pharmcas and aacp stats for this school but i wanna see stats from you guys. my gpa is about a 3.23 overall. if i have no chance i really don't want to waste money applying to this school because i figure with no pcat = high gpas only.

they look at your overall profile. Even though your GPA seems a little bit on the low side, if you can polish the 'other side' of your profile with volunteering, pharmacy experience, extracurricular activities, good LOR, good essay, and good interview... i'm sure that GPA will only be a part of it.

I had a 3.3 cumulative coming in (because I had a 2.5 first semester freshman year, but i had everything in the 3.4-4.0 range after that semester) but like greatdeals said they look at everything not just the GPA.
