Does anybody know how hard it is to defer at medical college of wisconsin??

It's very easy--as long as you have a "valid" reason.

"Valid" means almost anything except spending another year to reapply to medical school. If they find you have reapplied, they will recind your acceptance. Other than that, many people defer a year for many reasons.
