Hey guys,

Sorry if this has been asked before. I tried searching and didn't come up with anything. I just called MCW and asked about my status, and the admissions lady (who was awesome, by the way) told me that my file showed "correspondence had been mailed today". Does this mean I got rejected? I'm under the impression that MCW sends all interview invites via e-mail, so if they snail mailed me something, I'm rejected, right?

I dunno, maybe they looked at my app and said "hahaha...yehright...". i bet they have a big button that they press that buzzes and lights up a "rejected" sign, too...

Anyways, maybe she meant an e-mail had been sent to me. I don't have one in my inbox, but maybe their e-mail server is slow. Who knows.

Don't fret just yet (nice rhyme). I was accepted on the 15th to MCW and my acceptance came by mail. In fact, I didn't receive any acceptance by email. Good luck!

I'm not sure about pre/post interview rejection, but THEY DO MAIL (not email) their acceptance letter

Hehe, maybe they thought I was just so awesome that they didn't need to interview me and could just accept me.

That would be nice. Not realistic, but nice nonetheless 👍

i called them yesterday, and they told me that i would "hear back" by the end of this month. This is pre-interview by the way. Im expecting a rejection. oh well

Nope, I've heard absolutely nil from MCW since I was complete 7/30.

Applicant: "Well, nailing that really hot blonde that you interviewed before me while we were supposed to be on the tour is high up that list."
Interviewer: "Excuse me?"
Applicant: "Yeah, did you know you can perform the reverse bulldog in a broom closet?"

there is a broom closet right next to the interview rooms they use on the 2nd floor, for future reference.
