I know there is the charting outcomes thing, but is there an "MDapps" like thing for residency as far as anyone knows?

No such thing exists. Not sure why you'd want one, though, because you can already see the breakdown of Step 1 scores based on the charting outcomes and other published ranges, and because non-objective things like evals, connections, away rotation auditions, and quality of research tend to weigh in quite a bit at this stage. So while getting half a picture might be somewhat useful at the undergrad stage, getting more like a third of a picture at the med school page is even less useful.
