First off, thank you very much to all who have provided me with wonderful advice. I wish I had more for people, however, I'm still not 100% sure of everything, so hopefully as time passes i will be

Second, did you all include that you wanted to do md/phd in your personal statement???

I mentioned it once in my PS. I felt like the MD/PhD essay is the best place to talk about why you want both degress and that the PS was mostly meant to address why medicine. Everyone has their own preferences on this though. Do what flows best with the rest of your PS.
