I'm having a hard time deciding whether I want to go as a Pre-pharm or Pre-med track in college. From what I understand, both career's job/improvement prospects are fairly stagnant, so I figured I might as well ask.
I think I would love to research new drugs, vaccines, and really work on improving the world more than just clinical care. So naturally I'm kind of attracted to MD/PhD and PharmD/PhD programs. But which of these would be best for drug and vaccine research, and maybe even clinical trials?
