MD vs DO Salary?

I am just curious about whether DOs and MDs with the same credentials and specialties make about the same? I am asking this question because I have heard that some people tend to look down on DOs so I was wondering whether salary is one of the factors.

It's understandable that some premeds might think that DOs make less money, but DOs make just as much money. And they pay just as much malpractice.
