From the financial aspect of things, what is honestly a better choice taking all elements into factor? Also what are some pros and cons of both and what's the better job choice looking forward? Thanks

Depends on a few factors:
School: Private vs state university(with in state tuition)
For MD: residency/fellowship, the difference can be >200-300k/year depending on the field
Scholarships/Grants
