I find it very insulting when recruiting agencies post a job and refer to us as MDA's. I contacted one specific agency that does so with every post and encouraged them to use MD because MDA is bs term. I stated that many residents would be upset and not entertain jobs through them if that continues. I guess anything we can do to educate people is good. Also please continue to contrubute to ASA PAC and be advocates when you go to private practice to hire AA's if you are in one of the states and lets eliminate CRNA's as much as possible.
