MDSSP payback change?

National guards website now reads:

• Your MDSSP obligation starts at the beginning of residency.

I can't find the order that details the MDSSP for this FY, does anyone have any guidance on it? This make the program much more attractive.

This. Payback for MDSSP begins after completion of residency.

OP- the information you have is a few years out-of-date.

Thanks guys. I appreciate the heads up. I have another question and would rather not start another thread and clog up the forum. @notdeadyet @DeadCactus If I join the Guard as a medical student, but taking no incentives, how short of a contract can I request? (I am prior service and have served my original 8yr obligation already)

6yrs drilling is the shortest guard commissioning that i know of
