So, I commissioned in July and have not received my stipend pay yet. Is anyone else in the same situation? How long does it normally take to process? I was told that they are backlogged

I am in the exact same situation as you are (I am in the HPSP program). It seems to be backlogged. My recruiter told me this is fairly normal, and all payments missed will be reimbursed.

When did you commission? Did they tell you around the time that you can expect your pay?
