The ADEA Official Guide provides average GPA of the entering class of 2014 (some schools report their entering class of 2013), which means it's the mean GPA of the ENROLLED students, not the admitted students. Can we just assume that the mean GPA of the enrolled students is about the same as the mean GPA of those admitted when selecting which schools would be a "match" for me in terms of GPA?

Somewhere there is a range of GPA's for accepted students so you can use that for your "match"--Doc Toothache's stuff on the main page probably. Chances are the numbers are pretty close, but they could have accepted students with a range from 3.2-4.0 and the class just happened to end up with everyone having a 3.8 or better so the enrolled stats would look much higher than the accepted stats, for one example.
