Mine has been 90/60 throughout the past 5 months, which was inclusive of the before/during/after. I only know because I had to take PE last semester lol
Would be an interesting experiment. Although I don't think you could obtain viable results over that much time. BP is just too sporadic. Too many factors throughout the day. (I'm one of those weird ones who takes their blood pressure daily.) You can really get it down to a science depending on the time of day. Now the dentist's office...that's another story. Mine was 220/110 last time. Haha. I had to convince them to proceed and that I wasn't stroking out. Thanks anxiety disorder.
