Hi all,
Can anyone suggest good articles/books on ventilator management/principles/weaning? I'm looking for something fairly introductory as a foundation for more in depth reading.

Steve Kirschblum's Spinal Cord medicine has a chapter on it, I believe. That might be a good starting point.

There are also a few pages in the Cuccrillo review book on criteria for weaning
