I was wondering whether there was a central area where I could go to compare rotation programs that DO schools offer, or do i just need to slog through the individual websites?

How much weight should I place on the rotation programs when looking at attending a medical school.

As far as I know there is not a specific web site to find DO rotation programs, and I know sites change from year to year. Some sites take several DO schools, especially Ohio, Michigan and parts of the east coast.
What I think might be important is to find out how many electives you get in your 3rd/4th year, because then you can choose your sites. You might also ask if the school does all the rotations in-state vs out-of-state. So if you decide to go to a school in a state where you don't plan to do a residency, it helps to know that you can have out of state options for your rotations.

I would place a lot of importance on the quality of your 3rd and 4th year rotations when you are choosing a med school. It is the most important factor in your medical school education. As for a site where you can compare DO rotation sites, sorry can't help you there.
