I have a 3.3 science gpa and a 3.5 cumulative
I still have one year left of undergrad, I figured if I can take 9 more science classes and get As I can raise my science to 3.62
I m on an upward trend
I got 3Cs in one year in bio and chem but thereafter all As 4.0
Do I have a shot at a California med school

If you actually raise your GPA to a 3.62, your GPA won't keep you out of any school. Your background/MCAT are going to carry much more weight.

But I just don't know how realistic it is to say I can get 9 more As in science classes in the next year
I also have a W in or go 1

If you can raise it to a 3.5+ your GPA won't hurt you. And upward trends always look good.

Keep in mind CA is a very hard state to stay in for medical school. There are more successful applicants that leave the state for medical school than stay here.

I was looking over my transcripts in an attempt to calculate my AMCAS GPA. In sophomore year, my cumulative GPA dropped to a 3.48.
It took approximately 2.5 years of undergrad and 1 year of postbac, getting A and A- grades (with only 3 B+ grades), for me to raise it over a 3.7 again.
