While I am not great at generating school lists, @Faha is.

Anyway, you have quite a few state schools on there I would remove. Indiana, MSU, Kentucky, Illinois, UWash, just to name a few.

Yeah you need to take out like 75% of your list lol. I think you will get into UC-Irvine and have a decent shot at UCLA, given you are a good interviewer. You're a fairly competitive applicant; you only need to apply to like 17-22 schools total including the UC's (5-7 safeties, 10 targets, and the UC's), and I think that's on the safer side. If you retook MCAT and got 517+, you'd probably be a shoe in at UCI, great shot at UCLA, with a decent shot at UCSF and other great schools.

You have a bunch of lower tier schools like EVMS, Rosalind Franklin, and low tier state schools on it. Probably just keep a few you like as safeties; you don't need like 20 safeties.

I will be applying about 2 years after graduating

Do you mean attend or apply 2 years after? Applying 2 years after would be applying May 2019, meaning you wouldn't start med school until Aug 2020. Why not just apply this coming cycle (May 2018) to start in Aug 2019.

You can remove schools such as Nevada, U Washington, Oregon, U Buffalo, Kentucky, Michigan State that accept few non residents with no connection to the state or region. Otherwise your list is good and you should receive several interviews.
