I think your school list is fine since you have good activities, good MCAT and decent GPA in a difficult major. State of residence? I don't think you need to apply DO schools, since your app is geared towards academic medicine.

As hilarious as it may seem, given all the other info I've put up, I think I'll keep my residence to myself for now for the sake of anonymity. That being said, I will be applying to my state school, which I should have a pretty good chance of getting into if I apply early in the cycle (with rolling admissions and all).

I was asking for residence precisely because of adding state schools (and also weed out schools like Minnesota if you aren't a resident/have strong ties etc.) but i understand your concerns. Perhaps consider adding Jefferson, Temple, NYMC, Albany, Rochester, Stony Brook, Hofstra, as some more target-reach schools, but i think you're fine.
