USMLE Medbullets QBank quality?

For people who've been through the wringer after doing Medbullets, what are your thoughts on its quality? Already working through Amboss for now and plan on starting UW t-4 months out, but I actually really like the little bit of Medbullets I've tried, is it worth continuing? All opinions are appreciated...

I sometimes do them during organ blocks find them easier than B&B quizzes and Rx if that helps put things into perspective. Not third order enough for boards prep
