I've only used it a handful of times, but the info was often outdated. Not sure how often it gets updated.

Not good IMHO

It has sort of a First-Aid for Step 1 style feel, which I like. In other words it gets right to the point.

I wouldn't rely on it too much but it's good when you want to read summaries of conditions you're not too familiar or don't remember well. It's also good for quick hits when you want to quickly check a symptom or treatment of a condition but don't want to sift through too much text.
