I was wondering what EMR you use in your pain management practice. We have medent and the templates are not very good to use for pain management. With the doctors follow up notes, not much of the previous note changes except a few things, so if we want to use the templates, the doctors have to fill out everything every single time they see the patients, and they are frustrated.
They want to be able to use dragon, but after the first initial note, they have to manually scroll around and edit things and complain it takes too much time.
Was wondering if any of you have experience using medent in pain management setting and how you used it? How were the visit notes set up? Did you use templated notes? Who filled out the notes? What was your experience?
