Hello!
I am working on a research project and I was wondering how postural deformities in PD are coded in EMR? Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
When you are looking at a patient's chart in an EMR, is the patient's history of vaccines pretty straightforward to you? Or do you need to spend 5 minutes or more calculating what vaccines they have received (ie to avoid counting duplicates, ect)?
I've read through the forum and it seems nobody is happy with their EMR. It seems that perhaps Athena and DrChrono are tolerable but not liked. All others seem to be hated.
I'm hoping SOMEBODY on here has an EMR that they like. This is a big time investment for my practice and we want to make...
I have an out of network private practice.

I was wondering what EMR you use in your pain management practice. We have medent and the templates are not very good to use for pain management. With the doctors follow up notes, not much of the previous note changes except a few things, so if we want to use the templates, the doctors have to...
Hi all,
Good afternoon!
I was reading one of the passage from Sterling Test Prep 2016 today and a few of the questions from the passage really confused me.
I am wondering if anyone would please help me tackle these questions? I got them all wrong and did not understand the answers.
Thank you...
