Your stats aren't bad but I'm questioning the school list. Unfortunately, DCG, UNC, and the 2 Texas schools are extremely tough schools for OOS students. I would apply to more private schools and OOS-friendly public schools before it's too late...

BCP GPA is one number - GPA of all your bio/chem/physics classes.
Why did you only apply to one school last cycle? Being a reapplicant does not really help you.
How did you choose your school list? I would consider UNC/TAMU/Houston to all be out since 1) they love their residents and 2) your stats are average and not high enough for an OOS interview or acceptance at these schools. That leaves you with around 6 schools, and I'd say you would need a few more (likely privates like Case or Boston or MOSDOH etc.)

DCG, Alabama UNC, Texas schools do not take a lot of out of state students. I suggest adding more out of state friendly schools

Yes I’ve attended just about every information session and pre-dental event that they’ve hosted in the past 3 years. I also volunteer with their Community Dentistry department and have about 200 hours with that.

I did not get an interview with UF last year. I only applied to UF because I knew very little about the other FL schools previously and, honestly, I didn’t want to waste money if I knew I probably wasn’t getting in (my DAT was bad).

however, you need to realize that you may be a median applicant, your scores/grades are below the average matriculant (20.5 dat- including TS, and 3.55 gpa- including sGPA)
your school list includes 3 public schools that take extremely few OOS students, and only 2 privates
