Does anyone know of any books that show a researcher how to work with mediators and/or moderators in SPSS?
 
Tabachnick and Fidel. You'll find that it's pretty simple and straightforward. Good luck!

The Baron and Kenny (1986) article in Journal of Personality and Social Psych is a classic reference for mediators/moderators.
 
Holmbeck (1997) in JCCP also has useful info about performing the analyses and how to organize the data.
